§514. Penalties A. Any bank holding company or any subsidiary thereof which willfully violates any provision of this Chapter or any regulation or order issued by the commissioner of financial institutions pursuant thereto shall upon conviction be fined not less than five hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars for each day during which the violation continues. B. Any individual who willfully participates in a violation of any provision of this Chapter shall upon conviction be fined not less than one thousand dollars nor more than five thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
