RS 40:716
Soft drinks and similar nonalcoholic beverages made outside the state cannot be sold in the state unless inspection, approval, certification, and sample registration requirements are met. Manufacturers, agents, or dealers must also pay a $25 annual inspection fee for each sample with a distinguishing flavor or name.
