§1329. Increase in pensions; sale of drivers' licenses An increase of twenty-five percent in the pensions presently being paid to former officers and employees of the State Police Department who retired prior to January 1, 1955 under the provisions of R.S. 11:1306 through 1326, as amended, is hereby authorized, and out of the receipt derived from the sale of "drivers' licenses" accruing to the Driver's License Division of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections under the provisions of R.S. 32:412, the sum of twenty thousand dollars is hereby appropriated, set aside and dedicated for the fiscal year 1961-62 and each Fiscal Year thereafter to pay the increases herein authorized, and said amount shall be deposited annually in the Louisiana State Police Retirement System Fund from which fund said increases shall be paid.
