§463.109. Special prestige license plates; In God We Trust A. This fee shall be in addition to the regular motor vehicle license fee provided in R.S. 47:463, and a three dollar and fifty cent handling fee to be retained by the department to offset a portion of administrative costs. D. The monies received from the additional twenty-five dollar fee shall be annually disbursed as follows: (1) One-third shall be divided equally among and paid to each of the Boy Scouts of America area councils in Louisiana. (2) One-third shall be divided equally among and paid to each of the Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. councils in Louisiana. (3) One-third shall be divided equally among and paid to The Arc of Louisiana and the Louisiana Alliance for Independent Providers. E.
