§194. Notification of order The commission shall notify all race tracks, associations, and licensed establishments in the state, and the state police, and local law enforcement officials who exercises law enforcement powers where a race track is located, of its order, naming the person excluded or ejected and giving the reason for the order. The commission shall maintain a list of all persons determined to have been lawfully excluded or ejected, with each person's age, birthdate, driver's license number, social security number, last known residential and business addresses, the date of the exclusion or ejection, and the name of the race track, the date and the reason for the determination and any other information deemed necessary, including the time specified in the order.
