§69.30. Licensing authority; rules and regulations A. The Department of Wildlife and Fisheries is designated as the licensing authority in Louisiana for the purposes of the Wildlife Violator Compact. B. The secretary of the department through its compact administrator shall furnish to the appropriate authorities of the participating states any information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of the Wildlife Violator Compact. C. The Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission may adopt rules and regulations to implement and administer the provisions of the Wildlife Violator Compact. Acts 2008, No. 363, §1.
