§1123.106. Bylaws A. The administration and operation of the condominium shall be governed by the bylaws. B. The bylaws shall provide for the form and manner of administration of the condominium. C. The bylaws may include other provisions deemed necessary or desirable for the administration of the condominium property consistent with this Part, including but not limited to the following: (1) The method of adopting and amending administrative rules and regulations concerning the details of the operation and use of the condominium property. (2) A procedure for submitting disputes among unit owners arising from the administration of the condominium property to arbitration, and (3) The establishment of reserves to provide for maintenance, improvements, replacements, working capital, bad debts, obsolescence, and other appropriate purposes.
