§845. Municipalities, agreements with for use A municipality, whenever it so desires, may have prisoners convicted by the municipal courts of violations of municipal ordinances sentenced to work on or be confined at the center upon agreement by the governing authority of the municipality and the governing authorities of the center for the charges and expenses of keeping the prisoners. The governing authority of a municipality may enter into a contract with the governing authorities of the center to determine the costs to be paid by the municipality to the center for the keeping of prisoners.
