§3105. Rules and regulations; tenure laws The governing authority of the various institutions of higher learning may adopt rules and regulations for the conduct of hearings to be held under the provisions of this Chapter. Nothing in this Sub-Part shall be construed as authorizing the dismissal of a teacher except for the commission of any of the acts herein prohibited. In all other cases of dismissal of a teacher, the tenure laws of this state shall apply. All rules and regulations so adopted shall conform to the applicable provisions of Chapter 13 of Title 49 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, as amended. Added by Acts 1969, No. 59, §1.
