§1058. Fees The board shall, by rule, establish a reasonable fee schedule for the issuance or renewal of any license, permit, or certificate, for administration of examinations for licensure, or for any other administrative function provided for in this Chapter, and the receipts from the payment of such fees shall be used to carry out the purpose of this Chapter. Such fee schedule may be modified from time to time as deemed necessary by the board. The fees shall be established and payable by rule adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. However, the board may, by a majority vote, reduce the amount of or waive the collection of any such fees.
