§233. Corporation's duty to investigate qualifications of applicants, casino operators, and others; absolute powers of corporation A. The corporation, shall investigate or have investigated the qualifications of each applicant under this Chapter before any contract, license, or permit is issued or approval given for acts or transactions for which corporation approval is required or granted. The corporation shall continue to observe the conduct of all casino operators, licensees, permittees, and other persons having a material involvement directly or indirectly with a casino operator. B. The corporation has full and absolute power and authority to deny any application, or limit, condition, restrict, revoke, or suspend any license, permit, or approval, or fine any person licensed, permitted, or approved for any cause specified in this Chapter or rules promulgated by the corporation.
