§2706. Certificate of registration A. Upon determination that an application meets the requirements of this Chapter, the department shall issue a certificate of registration. B. Each certificate of registration shall expire at midnight on the expiration date stated thereon. C. The registrant shall file applications for renewal in accordance with regulations promulgated by the department. D. Provided that a registrant files an application with the department for renewal in proper form not less than thirty days prior to the expiration date stated on the certificate of registration, such certificate of registration shall not expire pending final action on the application by the department. E. The registrant shall notify the department in writing before making any change which would render the information contained in the application for registration or the certificate of registration no longer accurate. F. No certificate of registration may be transferred from one person to another person or from one tanning facility to another tanning facility. Acts 1990, No. 587, §1, eff. July 19, 1990.
