§472. Manner of payment Benefits for a surviving spouse, a surviving handicapped child over the age of eighteen years, a surviving unmarried emancipated minor, and a surviving unmarried minor child who is a full-time student over the age of eighteen years but under the age of twenty-three years shall be paid directly to them. Benefits for surviving minor children shall be paid in the name of the child and to the care of the person who has legal custody of the child, or, in those instances where a trust has been established which includes this benefit as property of the trust, the benefit shall be paid to the trustee of that trust.
