§879. Action to enforce rights of bondholders and trustee Except as otherwise provided by resolution passed before the issuance of the bonds by the trust indenture, any holder of any bonds issued under the provisions of this Sub-part or of any of the coupons attached thereto, and the trustee under the trust indenture, if any, may, by any proceeding, protect and enforce all rights granted under this Sub-part, or by the resolution or trust indenture, to be performed by the parish, its governing authority or by the director of highways, or any officer thereof.
