A, §2 (NEW); PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. B, §5 (AFF).] 3. Other procedures. Except as specifically provided in this section, the hearing procedures set forth in subchapter III, article 3 apply to hearings under this section. [PL 1995, c. 65, Pt. A, §125 (AMD); PL 1995, c. 65, Pt. A, §153 (AFF); PL 1995, c. 65, Pt. C, §15 (AFF).]
