Minnesota Statutes § 115.41 - DEFINITIONS

§ Subdivision 1.Applicability. The definitions given in this section shall obtain for the purposes of sections 115.41 to 115.53, except as otherwise expressly provided or indicated by the context. § Subd. 2.Additional terms. The definitions given in section 115.01 shall govern for the purposes of sections 115.41 to 115.53, except as otherwise expressly provided or indicated by the context. § Subd. 3. MS 1990 [Renumbered subd 2] § Subd. 5.Commissioner. "Commissioner" means the commissioner of administration. § Subd. 6. MS 1990 [Renumbered subd 4] § Subd. 6.Municipality. "Municipality" means a city, sanitary district, or other governmental subdivision or public corporation.
