Minnesota Statutes § 123A.06 - STATE-APPROVED ALTERNATIVE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES

State-approved alternative programs must focus on specified learning and support services, coordinate with other community services, and area learning center programs must be available year-round. Students who complete the program are entitled to a diploma.
