Minnesota Statutes § 123A.442 - APPROVAL AUTHORITY; APPLICATION FORMS
The commissioner may approve certain project applications if money is available. Some school districts receiving a cooperative facilities grant must submit a consolidation plan and hold a consolidation referendum within four years. Certain consolidated districts are eligible for a grant or consolidation revenue.
