Minnesota Statutes § 13.319 - EDUCATION DATA CODED ELSEWHERE

§ Subdivision 1.Scope. The sections referred to in this section are codified outside this chapter. Those sections classify education data as other than public, place restrictions on access to government data, or involve data sharing. § Subd. 2. [Repealed, 2007 c 13 art 2 s 2] § Subd. 3.Program services. Data on individuals receiving services under certain programs administered by the Department of Education are classified under section 142D.12, subdivision 2. § Subd. 4.Energy programs. Treatment of data on individuals applying for benefits or services under energy programs is governed by section 216C.266. § Subd. 5. [Renumbered 13.461, subd 30] § Subd. 6. Section 122A.18, subdivision 1, governs data sharing between the Department of Education, the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board, and the Board of School Administrators for program approval and improvement for education programs.
