Minnesota Statutes § 136D.31 - NON-POSTSECONDARY PROGRAMS; LICENSED DIRECTION

The board may provide other educational programs or services requested by a participating district, but they cannot be postsecondary, and academic offerings must be under properly licensed supervisory direction.
