Minnesota Statutes § 136D.92 - NON-POSTSECONDARY PROGRAMS, LICENSED DIRECTION
The board may provide other educational programs or services requested by a participating district, but they cannot be postsecondary. Academic offerings must be under properly licensed academic supervisory personnel.
