Minnesota Statutes § 14.61 - FINAL DECISION IN CONTESTED CASE
In contested cases, agency decisionmakers must wait until the administrative law judge’s report has been available to the parties for at least 10 days and affected parties have had a chance to file exceptions and argue, unless the judge’s report or order is the final decision.
