Minnesota Statutes § 144.703 - ADDITIONAL POWERS
The commissioner of health may make, change, or repeal rules and may set fines of $100 to $1,000 for certain late or missing submissions. A person aggrieved by a final determination under these sections is entitled to an administrative hearing and judicial review.
