Minnesota Statutes § 168D.14 - ENFORCEMENT POWERS

The commissioner of public safety must enforce this chapter and may use the Minnesota State Patrol to help. The commissioner of transportation must enforce sections 168D.05 and 168D.12 as provided in section 221.221. Minnesota State Patrol officers have enforcement-related powers for matters under this chapter.
