Minnesota Statutes § 174.12 - TRANSPORTATION ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The commissioners must run a transportation economic development program, set criteria and performance measures, and report on it every odd-numbered year; grants are capped at 70% of project costs and must be distributed in a balanced way across the state.
