Minnesota Statutes § 197.78 - STATE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS UNAVAILABLE THROUGH FEDERAL PROGRAMS
The commissioner of veterans affairs must support and expand educational programs for veterans and use grants and other actions, within appropriated amounts, to keep such programs available.
