Minnesota Statutes § 219.50 - OBSTRUCTING SPACE BETWEEN TRACKS
Covered carriers, persons, or corporations must not let employee-used trackside space become obstructed, and must keep that space clear enough for employees to pass safely in all weather and at all times.
