Minnesota Statutes § 219.81 - CONTRARY CONTRACT DECLARED VOID
A contract, rule, or device meant to let an employer avoid liability under sections 219.77 to 219.83 is void. In an action under those sections, the employer may deduct certain amounts it paid for insurance, relief, benefits, or indemnity.
