Minnesota Statutes § 242.32 - CONSTRUCTIVE PROGRAMS; COOPERATION SECURE PLACEMENT

The commissioner of corrections must develop and coordinate juvenile programming, may establish alternative residential programs, and may license secure programming subject to a 100-bed statewide limit with stated exceptions.
