Minnesota Statutes § 245.073 - TECHNICAL TRAINING; COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMS
The commissioner may provide technical training assistance to community-based programs and may seek and accept funds for training; money received must go to the general fund and be appropriated annually to the commissioner of human services for training.
