Minnesota Statutes § 252A.21 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

The commissioner may appeal certain court orders, and other aggrieved persons may also appeal, to the court of appeals. The commissioner must also adopt rules to implement the chapter, including specific guardianship standards. Individuals keep the right to establish private guardianships under applicable law.
