Minnesota Statutes § 256.476 - CONSUMER SUPPORT PROGRAM

The commissioner must establish a consumer support grant program, and local agencies must manage grants under written procedures. Eligible people may apply, but they cannot get this grant at the same time as certain other listed services or while in institutional or congregate care.
