Minnesota Statutes § 268.043 - DETERMINATIONS OF COVERAGE

The commissioner must decide whether a person is an employer, whether services are employment or covered employment, and whether compensation is wages, and must notify the person. The person may appeal within 45 calendar days after the determination is sent.
