Minnesota Statutes § 325E.28 - REQUIREMENTS ON AUTOMATIC DIALING-ANNOUNCING DEVICES
A caller must not use an automatic dialing-announcing device unless it is designed and operated to disconnect within ten seconds after the subscriber ends the call.
