Minnesota Statutes § 325E.53 - IMPROPER LICENSING PRACTICES

Performing rights societies and their agents or employees may not collect royalties from a licensed proprietor except as allowed by contract, and may not enter a proprietor’s business to discuss royalties without identifying themselves and disclosing who they represent and why they are there.
