Minnesota Statutes § 327A.07 - VARIATIONS
The commissioner of labor and industry may approve variations from sections 327A.02 and 327A.03 if the vendor’s or home improvement contractor’s warranty program gives at least substantially the same protections to the vendee or owner as section 327A.02.
