Minnesota Statutes § 356A.08 - PLAN ADMINISTRATION; ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Meetings of a covered pension plan’s governing board or its committee are governed by chapter 13D. Fiduciaries and fiduciaries’ direct relatives may not receive more than nominal value compensation or other items from a third party for a pension plan disbursement.
