Minnesota Statutes § 41B.039 - BEGINNING FARMER PROGRAM
The authority may create and run a beginning farmer program. The state may also join certain new real estate loans for beginning farmers, but only up to 45% of the loan principal, and individual loans must be between $20,000 and $500,000.
