Minnesota Statutes § 469.172 - DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT POWERS

A city in a border city enterprise zone may use several redevelopment and governmental subdivision powers, but only within the zone and, after the zone designation ends, only for projects or activities already started.
