Minnesota Statutes § 524.3-607 - 524.3-607 ORDER RESTRAINING PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE.

A court may temporarily restrain a personal representative and issue related orders if an interested person petitions and the court sees possible unreasonable harm; the hearing must be set within ten days unless the parties agree otherwise.
