Minnesota Statutes § 525.111 - COMPENSATION; TRANSCRIPT FEES
If a reporter’s salary is not set by law, compensation must be paid by the representative or by the parties to the reported proceedings, as the court decides. The reporter is also entitled to transcript fees set by the court, within the county limit.
