Minnesota Statutes § 525.731 - JUDGMENT; EXECUTION

The party that wins an appeal is entitled to costs and disbursements. If judgment is against the estate, it becomes an adjudicated claim; if it is against most other appellants, judgment is entered against the appellant and appeal-bond sureties, and execution may issue.
