Minnesota Statutes § 53B.53 - PROHIBITED AUTHORIZED DELEGATES
A district court may order relief against an authorized delegate in a licensee’s action, and if it does, the licensee must report the order to the commissioner within 30 days and through NMLS within 90 days.
