Minnesota Statutes § 558.04 - JUDGMENT FOR PARTITION; REFEREES
In partition cases, the court must base title and the parties’ rights on evidence or a written stipulation, then enter judgment for partition and appoint three county referees in a proper case, except where section 558.05 applies.
