Minnesota Statutes § 609.89 - COMPUTER OR ELECTRONIC DATA THEFT

A person who intentionally and without authorization or claim of right commits listed computer or electronic data theft acts is guilty of an offense and may be sentenced to imprisonment, a fine, or both.
