Minnesota Statutes § 62A.315 - EXTENDED BASIC MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT PLAN; COVERAGE

An extended basic Medicare supplement plan must provide specified Medicare-related coverage, and it must not include outpatient prescription drug benefits in policies or certificates issued on or after January 1, 2006.
