Minnesota Statutes § 62A.40 - REPLACEMENT REGULATED
Insurers and agents generally may not replace a Medicare supplement plan with another plan in the same category unless cost is substantially better for the policyholder or the insured has already shown dissatisfaction with the current insurer’s service.
