§ Subdivision 1.Definition of qualified applicant. The actions permitted a county board under section 375.32, subdivision 2 shall, upon the repeal of chapter 170 and the enactment of sections 65B.41 to 65B.71, include acts necessary to bring the county, its officers and employees within the provisions of sections 65B.41 to 65B.71. § Subd. 4.Transition provisions. The provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1971, chapter 170, as amended by Laws 1973, chapter 35, sections 37 and 38, shall apply to a person who is involved in a motor vehicle accident occurring before January 1, 1975.
