Missouri Revised Statutes § 144.340 - Exemption from testifying — immunity from prosecution
A person ordered by the director of revenue to testify or produce records must comply, and may get immunity from prosecution for the matters disclosed if the person is a natural person acting under subpoena and oath, but not for perjury.
