Missouri Revised Statutes § 184.376 - Refunding bonds authorized
The district may issue refunding bonds to refinance, extend, or unify valid bonded debt, but only up to the principal owed plus accrued interest. The board must arrange payment of principal and interest on those refunding bonds the same way the refunded bonds were paid.
